Hourly + Tips

Position Overview The Warehouse Worker is responsible for ensuring product is properly rotated and stored upon delivery, that items are delivered to concession stands in a timely manner and assist in the overall warehouse operations.

Essential Job Functions The Warehouse Worker must be able to work with minimal supervision and work as part of a team with the other warehouse staff. The Warehouse Worker must have a complete understanding of Craft Culinary Concepts and local health department policies. Furthermore, the Warehouse Worker must know and execute the proper way of stocking and rotation of items to maximize product quality, and the best utilization of available space. The Warehouse Worker must know how to accurately complete paperwork for all deliveries. The Warehouse Worker must have the ability to assist with maintenance of facilities, including but not limited to cleaning concession stands/portables and associated equipment, general cleaning of warehouse facility, and understand how to effectively move product from one location to another either manually or with provided equipment. The Warehouse Worker must be able to work with individuals that have a variety of experience and knowledge of warehousing functions and must be able to effectively communicate with peers, leaders and guests to achieve exceptional results.


  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid TEAM or TIP certification card
  • Must have a valid County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts and in your possession for each event worked
  • Must have a valid driver license for use of utility vehicles
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis and be on feet for up to 8+ hours
  • Must have a H.S Diploma or equivalent-will consider prior experience in warehouse industry
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms, successfully pass a background check
  • Must be able to work with a group as well as independently
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced high stress environment
  • Ability to understand verbal and written directions and be able to communicate with others

Other Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in wet floor conditions, extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise
  • Preferred forklift certification
