Position Overview: This position is responsible for the set up, maintenance and operation of one of the bars and this may include working a private bars from time to time.

Essential Job Functions: As a bartender you are responsible for assisting in the set up of the bar you are assigned to work. This includes helping merchandise all liquor bottles in an attractive display, distribute cups, and all necessary tools at each bartender station. During the event you are responsible for receiving drink orders from guests or wait staff, properly filling the orders as well as accurately ringing orders into the register system, and creating an atmosphere that drives sales along with maintaining cleanliness throughout the bar area for esthetics as well as exceed health department standards. After the event, you are to assist in the clean up and organization of your assigned bar area. This includes breaking down each bartender station, the cleaning of any utensils/tools that stay in the designated bar area and the consolidation of any cups or chargeable items. During any event, you may need to assist in the prep or replenishment of garnish items, and the ordering of additional items to ensure that an adequate supply of inventory is on hand to serve our guests. You are required to follow all State and Craft Culinary Concepts alcohol service rules, regulations, and policies.


  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid TEAM or TIP or Title 4 certification
  • Must have a valid County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts and in your possession for each event worked
  • Must be discrete and keep all information and details of guests confidential
  • Must have a H.S Diploma or equivalent
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms, and successfully pass a background check
  • Must be able to work with a group as well as independently
  • Must have knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and be familiar with standard drink recipes and bar terminology
  • 2 years experience in high volume bartending environment or another stadium/arena

Other Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach in confined spaces
  • Ability to be stationary for long periods of time up to four (4) hours in length
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise
