Craft Culinary is the exclusive food and beverage provider for the Phoenix Rising FC in Phoenix, AZ, an American professional soccer team. The talented team at Craft Culinary Concepts brings their top tier service and management to leading stadiums, sports venues, cultural attractions, and music venues across the nation. These custom-tailored experiences range from corporate events, weddings, festivals, professional sports games all the way up to the Super Bowl!

Position Overview:

The Supervisor is the direct liaison between the employees and the guests, and it is their responsibility to ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled or filtered through the DO, as needed. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring quality service for several areas while managing several employees. The Supervisor must be familiar with all food and beverage items available to serve as a representative of Craft Culinary Concepts.

Essential Job Functions:

The Supervisor is the key to success for the bartenders, cashiers or attendants assigned to report to them each event. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all pre-game inventory is prepped and accounted for. The Supervisor will sort and review all pre-event orders for special instructions from the guest (as needed), for execution by each team member in their area prior to their arrival. The Supervisor is to manage your assigned area by communicating with various points of contact to ensure the satisfaction of all guests. At the end of each event the Supervisor is to make sure all the necessary paperwork is accurately completed for each location and turned in to the DO. The Supervisor is to assign each employee closing duties to clean and prepare their area for future events.


  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a valid TEAM or TIP certification card.
  • Must have a valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts and in your possession for each event worked.
  • Must have a H.S Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms, successfully pass a background check.
  • Must be able to work with a group as well as independently.
  • Preferred 3+ years supervisory experience in high volume restaurant environment or another stadium/arena.

Other Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to supervise team of 2-15 with varying skill levels and ability.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis and be on feet for several hours.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise.
