Craft Culinary Concepts (Glendale, AZ)

Position: Accounting Administrator - Full Time/Non-Exempt

Reports to Corporate Controller

Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Corporate Controller, the Accounting Administrator will provide support for all accounting and administrative functions. These responsibilities may include accounts payable, accounts receivable maintenance, sales auditing, reporting, and general accounting support.

Primary Job Duties:

• Provide financial and/or accounting support to the General Manager and Controller
• Assist managers and department heads in implementing necessary controls and procedures
• Ensure that Craft Culinary Concept (CCC)'s policies and procedures are followed, controls are maintained, and respond to and implement recommendations made by Internal Audit
• Ensure the operation is focused on optimizing working capital by assisting with inventory, payable and receivable functions
• Assist with event sales auditing and reporting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting in a major venue or equivalent
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Office Suite software, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities that require strong project management and decision-making capabilities and flexibility
• Can communicate effectively with all individuals across the organization
• Able to maintain confidential information
• Accuracy and attention to detail required
• Available to work on event days including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check
